To help ease the stress on the webmasters and help get the files to our visitors sooner, we've installed this CGI script to allow visitors to upload files.

There are certain restrictions we must place on this though.

• ROMs, emulators, SPCs, and other emulation-related material are forbidden.
• No MP3s at all are allowed.
• No .exe, .com, .scr, .bat, or other executable files allowed.
• No illegal or questionable files allowed.
• Files unrelated to EarthBound, EarthBound.Net, or Mother are forbidden.
• The maximum size file allowed to be uploaded is 300KB. This will not be a problem for most people. If you attempt to upload a file larger than this, it will automatically be deleted.

Unless you specify somewhere within your file who created it, we won't know the name and e-mail address to give credit to when we move it from the incoming directory. If you want credit for your file, make sure you let us know who you. It is recommended you upload a text file with this info afterwards.
